Kayamandi community loves the beautiful game

Engen Petroleum, is giving back to the Kayamandi community in Stellenbosch as part of an inventive outdoor advertising deal which  involves contributing a portion of their outdoor spend on upgrades to soccer facilities around the country. The new sports upliftment centre was launched on August 30th by Andre Gabriels, Facilities Manager from the Department of Sports and Recreation.

Engen lends support to Knynsa and Plett fire-fighters

In response to the devastation caused by fires in and around Knysna and Plettenburg Bay, Engen has joined hands with the community and hundreds of volunteers with a donation of R150 000 worth of diesel as well as water, energy snacks and drinks for brave fire fighters from the Knysna and Plettenberg Bay Fire and Rescue services.

Engen continues to take the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital to heart

While the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital in Cape Town is a government facility, in 1994 the Children’s Hospital Trust was formed with its primary objective being to raise funds for building upgrades and expansions, new equipment and staff training. This was to ensure that the children of Africa continue to receive the highest levels of care; something the hospital has a proud history of providing.
