The website is built in a combination of Flash and HTML pages and the whole site is dynamic allowing for the information on the site to be updated on a daily basis literally at the touch of a button. There is a sophisticated backend or admin area that not only allows for the management of the website but also, potentially management of the whole sales process from managing client information to uploading relevant documents to the new owner and other information relating to the sale of the unit
All units that are flagged as sold are immediately frozen on the floorplan layout and no longer appear in the search facility available on the site.
