CID UPDATE

Previously untested in South Africa, the City Improvement District model as a supplementary safety and cleansing service, has achieved significant results within communities throughout the Cape Town metropole and has increased from only one to a current total of 14. Often described as a 'purpose-built' model, CIDs are able to adapt and change to best suit the needs of the community in which they are operational. This also rings true for the GP and OK CIDs.

STOP WHINGING AND WIN

This isn't necessarily correct though, as it is up to us as consumers to speak our minds when things go wrong and we experience bad service. Of course, responsible companies should welcome and encourage these complaints in order to correct the situation, retain the customer and restore their reputation from word of mouth damage.
What about the flip side? What about saying something nice for a change and recognising good customer service?
