The 6th Discovery Vitality and Sports Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA) Fitness Convention will be taking place at the Vodaworld Conference Centre in Midrand, Gauteng between the 20th and the 22nd of August 2009.
This is an opportunity for all involved in the business of fitness in one or other way, from runners, to event organizers, sports people, makers of sports apparel and anyone else who has an interest in the latest advancements in the field of fitness.
The theme for the event is: 'Education, Motivation, Fitness'; and there will be talks and demonstrations from industry leaders on new exercise and training techniques, new research and various other topics that will be of interest to anyone who is interested in fitness.
