Don Douglas Music Studios is a professional recording and production facility owned and operated by Adam Bilton in Stellenbosch, Cape Town.
The studio is a comfortable and unique space, which is located on a boutique wine farm. This allows for a peaceful and relaxing environment for the artist to record in. We run a Digidesign's Pro Tools setup, with a 003 Factory. We are using Adam A7 and Energy studio monitors. We have a collection of dynamic and condenser microphones, from AKG to Shure for use in all musical applications. Additionally a Roland MV-8800 Production Studio, CME UF 80 Keyboard and Native Instruments Komplete 5 Bundle are available for music composition.
Our instrument collection includes a John Spencer & Co. upright piano, a Premier Cabria Drum Kit with Sabian cymbal set, a five string Cort bass guitar, a Cort KX1F Custom electric guitar and a collection of acoustic guitars.
