Magnetic Sponsoring - The Best Home Based Business Training Book Ever?

Is Magnetic Sponsoring the best home based business training book ever written? I know a number of people who think so. So I thought I would check it out. Here is a summary of the book along with this author's opinion.
Mike Dillard's e-book Magnetic Sponsoring teaches the attraction marketing principle. Very simply put, attraction marketing is developing yourself into the type of person that you want to "attract" or recruit into your business. So, if you want to recruit leaders who are going to "take the bull by the horns" then you need to develop into that type of person. In the book Mike Dillard stresses a number of points. Here is a list of the main ones:
* If you do not take time to develop yourself into a leader, you will never be successful in the home based business/network marketing industry. Period, end of story.
* Your education in your chosen industry should NEVER stop
* Results in your given opportunity have nothing to do with the opportunity and everything to do with you.
* Success comes when you stop caring about the end result
* You must take full responsibility for your results
* You must treat your Network Marketing business like a business or you are wasting your time
* You must have a way to create your own leads and monetize even those who say no to your business
None of the above bullet points should come to a shock to anyone. However, I do not think all of those points have ever been put together so clearly and concisely as the Magnetic Sponsoring e-book does.
This book is not perfect though. Here is what the book is not:
* It is not a end all. Do not expect to purchase this book, take 2 hours reading it, and magically have all the answers.
* It is not for everyone. Mike reveals some hard truths, he lets you know that succeeding in this industry is tough and requires a lot of work that most people are not willing to do
In summary, my answer is two-fold on the question if this book is the "best training book ever". Yes, it is the best book to start your journey with. No, it is not the only book you will ever need. However, to be fair to the author of the book I do not think he meant the book to be a end all.
At any rate Magnetic Sponsoring is a great training book that I would highly recommend to anyone who is serious about making money in the home based business industry.
