With the launch of our new website this year, Faxsolutions introduced the Database Management Solution (DMS) as a means of managing our clients' data.
Subsequently, many of our existing and potential clients have asked us how a DMS would directly benefit a user given that many of our clients are merely assigned their FREE fax to email number and happily use it with no need to manage their data.
This begs the question – Why would Faxsolutions go to the trouble and expense of setting up a DMS where there is no apparent benefit to the client?
We have several reasons for having done so.
In the first instance, the DMS allows us to manage our clients' data to ensure that we have accurate information on all our users at any given time. By giving our clients the option of updating their information, clients have a centralized area where they can modify their details and, in particular, notify us of any changes to their email address. As the FREE fax to email service is directly linked to the user's email address, when a client changes jobs or email address, the existing number can be easily linked to the new email address. This is critical to ensure continuity of service and that no interruption of the fax service occurs.
Secondly, a large proportion of our clients fall within a corporate group environment. By allowing one person within that group to have Group Administrator rights, that individual can manage the FREE fax to email numbers within their own company. Within the Group Administrator facility, the user can assign new numbers, modify email addresses to link existing numbers to new employees and maintain continuity within their group.
Finally, and most importantly, the Faxsolutions DMS allows us to provide unparalleled service to our clients.
