It has been less than a year since theBarak line of 5m and 3.5m wide, UV, Hybrid digital printerswere launched and now, Matan proudly introduces thenext generation of its Barak5 –enhanced with mechanicaland software features, which further leverage its overallperformance and benefits.
The Barak5 incorporates leading print-head technologyfeaturing 32 print heads with drop sizes starting at 30picoliter for high-quality output. BARAK3 & ARISTO A POWERFUL COMBO AT DIGIGRAPHIX
In June 2008, the first Barak3 was installed at Digigraphix,a large-format printing bureau based in Cape Town CBD. TheBarak3, purchased from Matan dealers Graphix Supply World(GSW), is Digigraphix’ third installation from Matan Digital,including the Matan Sprinter and Matan Grandjet, all of whichhave been firsts on the African continent.
Digigraphix selected the super wide format format Matanprinter because of its quality of print, speed and high qualityinks with a wide colour gamut enabling them to target avariety of applications and ‘High speed output increases our turnarounds and service,’says Schaun Uys, Director of Digigraphix, ‘The UV optionincreases our range of media’s we can handle together witha rigid feed option it increases our product range of productswe can now offer our clients.
