Parklands Sports Tour to Namibia
 A group of approximately 40 learners and five teachers will be travelling by luxury bus to Namibia, where we will play cricket, netball, tennis and chess matches against Windhoek Gymnasium, Walvis Bay High and Keetmanshoop Private School.
The ten days there will be filled with opportunities for both the adventure lovers as well as the more laid backed learners. We will have opportunities to climb the highest sand dune in Namibia, go quad biking and sailing down sand dunes, visit the warm springs at Ai Ais and the Flying Fox in Swakkopmund. For those who want more relaxation, we will spend time in a shopping mall in Windhoek, visit seal colonies and lichen forests and see the volcano on Brukkaros Mountain.
This tour promises to be an opportunity that we will remember for the rest of our lives and we promise to come back and share some of our memories and the photos with the rest of you. The tour bus departed on the 26th March.
