PaySubs subscriptions can be created either via a web interface (using the PayWeb online credit card payment interface) or via a manual interface in the PayGate Back Office admin website. When a subscription is created the billing day and amount is set as well as the subscription period. It is also possible to process the first payment of the subscription when it is created using the Process Now option. This first payment can be a different amount to the recurring payment amount. On the billing day each month the PayGate system will automatically create a charge of the pre-set amount for the credit card specified when the subscription was created. All payments are processed directly to the merchant’s internet merchant account at one of our supported banks. This card will be billed on the same day each month for the duration of the subscription. It is possible to modify or cancel a subscription via the PaySubs page in the PayGate Back Office.
