The new website has easy to use navigation, with a new “look and feel” in line with Air Namibia’s latest corporate colours and standards. The site contains more information about the airline such as schedules and destinations, cargo services, holiday packages, and conditions of carriage. The online booking facility aims to meet the growing and more sophisticated customer needs and demands and will improve competitiveness through cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
The new airline online booking and ticketing system enables passengers to make their seat reservations, make route selections, check availability of flights and seats, cabin class selection and group bookings for up to 9 passengers per booking. Travellers can make payments online for their ticket purchases using MasterCard and Visa credit cards. The system delivers electronic tickets and travel itineraries for purchased tickets automatically via e-mail.
