Each organization wants committed and motivated employees, as these factors have proven to influence business success. But how can an organization enhance these factors?
Take the online questionnaire As a master student Organization of Cultural Diversity (Tilburg University, the Netherlands) I believe that higher perceived equal opportunities will enhance both variables. If this is true, this can be a stimulus for organizations to strive for equal opportunities apart from governmental stimuli. But how does this affect you?
For my research I need as many employees to fill in my questionnaire as possible. Filling in the questionnaire will take your employees between 15 and 30 minutes. The questionnaire consists of 4 parts: 1) measurement of perceived equal opportunities, 2) measurement of organizational commitment, 3) measurement of work motivation and 4) demographic questions. You can decide which employees are asked to participate (entire organization or specific departments), but a more diverse sample will lead to a better rapport which I will explain below.
But why should you participate? First of all, you will help science with a research that can be of great influence for equality for all. But if you wish you will also receive a rapport in which you can see how the respondents in your organization scored on perceived equal opportunity, commitment and motivation compared to other participating organizations (without mentioning your organizational name).
You can also see to what extent perceived equal opportunities influences commitment and motivation in your organization. This can be important information for your organization, as all variables and the link can be used for your business success.
