With an academic background in both Clinical and Organisational Psychology, James holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and has over 20 years of solid experience in Organisational Development, both as a consultant and permanent employee, working with multi-cultural leadership, managerial and staff groups in the southern Africa region, Nigeria and Europe. James’ focus is on enhancing organisational functioning, culture and climate through developing values-based leadership skills, strategic thinking capability and team integration.
After teaching at Wits University and completing post-graduate degrees in Clinical and Organisational Psychology, James was appointed in a managerial position at Hewlett Packard, a senior consultant at AZA Consulting, an Executive - Organisation Development position at NuClicks and latterly as an independent consultant based in Johannesburg working in association with Catalyst Dream Team.
Within a context of extensive experience across a multitude of different industries (ranging from Telecommunications, Banking and Retail to Government departments), James bring exceptional thinking, training and facilitation skills together with a profound understanding of inter-personal and organisational dynamics.

Karen Pratt Educational Transactional Analyst / Coach / Supervisor
Karen is a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) (education), qualified coach and supervisor. She has achieved certificates in Coaching Skills and Supervision from Coaching Development (ICF accredited) and is certified as a CTA by the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA). She holds the Trainer and Assessor qualifications and is registered with the ETDP-SETA. She mentors on Coaching Development’s international coach training programme.
Karen works with educators in schools on the Cape Flats and her vision is to equip both educators and learners with a model of positive communication and healthy interpersonal skills. Karen also facilitates Care for Carers workshops.
As a coach, Karen’s expertise is in working with people in times of transition, and co-creating a balanced, centered and fulfilling life. Her supervision work enables coaches, educators, spiritual counsellors and others who work with people to reflect on their practice, hone their skills and deepen their personal awareness.
Karen believes in peoples’ innate OKness and their resourcefulness and potential to change. She lives from a place of centeredness and awareness and has a curiosity to learn from others who are different. Ezelle Theunissen Coach / Coach Supervisor
Ezelle is a qualified coach, coach supervisor and psychologist with 7 years experience in developing people, businesses and organizations. She holds a Masters degree in Psychology from Rhodes University, a Higher Education Diploma from UCT, and certificates in Coaching Skills and Coach Supervision Skills from Coaching Development (ICF accredited), as well as being a certified Appreciative Inquiry facilitator. Her broad range of experience includes developing interventions, facilitating, coaching, mentoring, supervising, monitoring and evaluating.
Ezelle currently practices as a coach and coach supervisor, and she mentors on Coaching Development’s international coach training programme. Her coaching practice focuses on coaching managers and directors of businesses at the cutting edge of their fields. Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship and business development, managing change, staff development, and increasing effectiveness and quality of experience in the workplace. Ezelle’s coach supervision practice includes supervising experienced coaches working in corporate environments specialising in diverse fields.
Ezelle’s particular interest is in how we shape our experience of reality, and identity, through our values, beliefs, thoughts and language. Towards this she has had extensive training and experience in Narrative Theory, Appreciative Inquiry, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness. She is a dynamic, intelligent and highly organized individual who is equally fluent in English and Afrikaans. She has extensive experience in working in diverse environments, and in her spare time consults to a community development project on the Cape Flats.
