Launching Entrepreneur Focus Circles in the Cape Peninsula

In the current economic climate entrepreneurs, particularly smaller companies, have to tend to so many fires at once that it is very hard for them to keep focused. However when you lose focus, you lose direction and chaos results, a perfect recipe for disaster. Too many businesses are going down right now when in truth a recession is the perfect vehicle for a smaller company to stand out and grab that market share. You can't do it alone, no one can. Look at any successful person, be it in sports or business, all have their success team around them. People who fire them on, keep them going, motivate them, help them see and think outside the proverbial box. Yet when you, as a small business owner, just barely make ends meet, have to find creative ways to collect monies owed and smoothtalk suppliers for extensions, never mind spending oodles of energy into finding new business, it seems almost frivolous to take time out to reflect and re-focus. And so we find ourselves in a state of chaos, the business is a mess, personally we are a mess, our families don't know anymore what we look like and we wonder how we ever are going to get to the other side again where things run smoothly. Blair Singer, CEO and co-founder of SalesPartners WorldWide, Rich Dad Advisor to Robert Kiyosaki, explains: "The only way out of chaos and into a state of normal operations is by focusing. Focus, focus, focus. Don't do 3 new things because the old ones don't work. Focus on one thing and take care of that in the best way you can. Make sure all your systems are perfectly managed and working properly." SalesPartners Cape Region is now offering entrepreneurs a very affordable vehicle to help them stay focused: the Entrepreneur Focus Circle, launching this month all over the Cape Peninsula. Every other week 6 entrepreneurs come together for 2 hours to hold each other accountable, find solutions to challenges and most importantly stay focused. The SalesPartner at hand facilitates these exchanges and brings the vast knowledge and experience from the entire global SalesPartners team with them. Blair Singer's invaluable "Little Voice" Mastery tools are part of the program helping to keep that Little Voice under control that keeps us from achieving our goals. We always have at least two voices in our head, the one voice saying why we should do something and the other one arguing as to why we shouldn't - the winner & the loser. Which one is going to win? The circles are a 6 month commitment with a powerful Code of Honour to which the business owners sign up. No more excuses! The code states clearly that we always take responisibility and ownership and don't lay blame elsewhere. Alone keeping this rule up at all times will already make a big difference in the entrepreneur's businesses and indeed their lives. There are a few more rules in the code, "finish what you start" is another example. Before the first session group members have to sit down and think about what they want to achieve in the next 6 months, what their key performance indicators are, how they are going to measure their performance and determine if they're winning or losing, and what the business indicators they want to change are now and where they want them to be in 6 months time. Knowing the numbers and being held accountable are key elements of this program, learning to master the Little Voice and powerfully network are huge value adds making this a not to be missed program for anyone running a business. Free introduction seminars are held all over the Cape Peninsula in the next couple of weeks. Please refer to our events website to find out details or contact us on 082 99 26 007.
