SMC Enterprise has recently been assessed by Empowerdex for an indpendent BEE rating.
SMC achieved a Level 1, AAA rating according the score card.
Says Allie Khan, Director at SMC Enterprise: "This excercise has been necessitated by certain corporate customers insisting on independent BEE verification. As a genuine black-owned and operated IT company since 1999, we knew our rating would be high, although getting Level 1 status required an exceptional contribution to csi, employment equity and skills development. We can proudly say that we have exceeded the required numbers for these criteria. "
