Snap-Tech was the first company in Africa to gain internationally Accredited Training Organization (ATO) status for the PRINCE2® Project Management method through the official Accreditation, Registration and Examination Certification Body – the APM Group in 2002.
The APM Group is based in the UK and is first and foremost the certification body for key elements of Best Practice in Project and Programme Management. The scope of our accreditation now includes MSP™ (Managing Successful Programmes), the P3M3 maturity model and more recently the P3O® guide (Portfolio, programme and project Offices).
Snap-Tech has trained hundreds of delegates throughout South Africa and Africa, helping them to become effective project managers.
Snap-Tech is also accredited to provide Project and Programme Management Consulting Services, this Accredited Consulting Organization (ACO) status provides our clients with the assurance that all services rendered will be of the highest quality, delivered in a professional manner, and within the scope of the APM Group’s stringent requirements.
We train and Consult around the core best practice elements, supporting them with Change Management, Business Architectures, Governance, Project health checks and CoBiT. We enable our clients with the intellectual capital needed to build organizational project capability in the shortest possible timeframe. |
