Bitou Tourism and Bitou Municipality recently hosted Generations star Sophy Ndaba (known as Queen Moroka) during a visit to Plettenberg Bay in April. The glamorous celeb enjoyed some of the fantastic attractions of Plett and surrounds during visits to the Harkerville Saturday Market, got up close and personal with our fantastic wildlife offerings at Knysna Elephant Park, Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary as well as Birds of Eden, the biggest enclosed bird sanctuary in the world and experienced African wild cats in nature at the Tenikwa Wildlife Awareness Centre. She also visited the Masizame Children Shelter before enjoying a lovely lunch Bramon Wine Estate Restaurant.
She was so impressed that she promised this would not be her last visit – so watch this space for any other celebs visiting our area.

Why not go and visit Plettenberg Bay and experience all the wonders it has to offer for yourself.
And If you do visit Plett and you stay in the Villa Formosa Guest House this is what you can experience.
Swim on sandy beaches or in a heated private pool, then breakfast on the deck under large umbrellas and enjoy one of the finest views in Plettenberg Bay. The great appeal of this special house is its location. The unspoilt panorama of the sea and the Mount Formosa range is stunning – yet despite it's setting, you can walk to the beach and the restaurants and busy shops. Sporting and other facilities include boating, scuba diving, golf, tennis, hiking and more. Game reserves, whale watching, fishing and most wartersports, etc.
