SYSTEM PLANNING

Our planning division at AV Electronics have qualified project consultants, who are able to analyse system requirements and produce the correct system layout. Electrical video cable concealment is becoming increasingly more important and we have the knowledge and experience in our installations to complement and incorporate interior design, so that our product is aesthetically appealing in your environment. A professional and complete installation is imperative to the total success of a system operation.

INSTALLATION

Our installation and service department is staffed by people with numerous years experience in the electronics and electrical industry. We have also on file all service manuals, of which copies can be made on request. Upon completion of project all operation manuals, a copy of the system layout plans and a systems handbook are handed over to the client. In addition duplicates are kept for our reference on file so that should the system ever require upgrading or servicing we would have all necessary information on hand. TECHNICAL SERVICES Being in the service industry we believe that our clients have a right to the best service to complement the product, we therefore only offer the best. POST INSTALLATION INSPECTION

Changes are sometimes necessary and we recommend a period of three months to be given as a trial period to become accustomed to a new system. At this time a post innovative product is of practical value only to the extent that meets an actual need. AV Electronics priorities are listening to a client then responding to his needs for performance, productivity, and especially the bottom line.
