Caturra is committed to giving you, our highly valued customer, the very best in product, service and support. For your convenience, our expertly trained technical staff offer in-house installation, repair and maintenance service.
We take pride in knowing that our products and services are properly represented at the quality cafes, restaurants, hotels and other coffee related businesses that we supply. Our customers benefit from unlimited one-on-one staff training and after-sales service offered free of charge.
We at Caturra understand that you can have the best machinery, location, grinder and staff uniforms, but without proper staff training, you will fail! We provide staff training for the 'barristas' (coffee bar staff), presenting them with a user-friendly step-by-step service guide for machine maintenance, daily cleaning and efficiency, as well as imported video-based training material to assist them.
Coffee is sometimes needed... and other times it's wanted
