The essence of Denise Hadden Optometrist is in her expanded awareness of vision.

For more than 30 years Denise has explored and questioned the standard beliefs and practices of how to treat vision. She revieved an Honours Degree in Optometry from Manchester University, UK in 1976.Her journey in understanding how we see led her to study Chinese Medicine, psycology and coaching and to use vision exercises and colour light as tools in the process of discovering a new way of seeing.

Denise's current area of interest and pioneering research lies in the analysis and understanding of the function of our fields of awareness. Her belief is grounded in the concept that expanding visual performance awkens the brain to its unlimited potential.
