We enable employers to:
- recruit, develop, motivate and manage staff -- remunerate those staff on an appropriate basis
- reduce the risk of losing staff through injury or illness, both through training and through assessment of risks in the workplace
- assist with rehabilitation and re-integration into the workplace of those who are affected by disability
