Famous for its hot springs and award-wining wines, the picturesque town of Rawsonville lies hidden amidst the vineyards of the Breede Valley. Rawsonville, about 50 minutes from Cape Town and boasts thirteen wine cellars in a radius of ten kilometers. This makes Rawsonville ideal for experiencing good hospitality and wines.
The Manor prides itself with its dramatic driveway to the entrance and the famous marble staircase and entrance hall. Wedding Package
At Merwida Country Manor we believe in making weddings as individual as possible, taking every bride’s personality and requirements into consideration. Our wedding package has been carefully designed to include many services for your convenience. We are also able to accommodate any alternative suggestions and requirements and will gladly help to tailor-make the package for you.
Our basic wedding package includes the following:
- The Honeymoon Suite on the night of the wedding
- Wedding Ceremony on the breathtaking staircase
- Banquet hall seating 120 people
- All tables, chairs and white table linen
- Crockery and cutlery as needed
- Fully licensed cash bar - no additional service charges
- Three course buffet meal
- Waitrons and a barman
We also offer other alternatives such as Garden and Marquee Tent Weddings seating up to 250 people, for which we will quote separately.
