Trees South Africa originated in the 1980’s as a tree maintenance business and has since the year 2000 grown rapidly to become a one stop tree services and products (Arboriculture) business of repute. The continued development and growth of the large tree nurseries and transplanting divisions, has resulted in the various disciplines within the business becoming more and more diverse. In 2005 it was decided to sell off the tree maintenance contracting division (pruning, felling, disease control, chipping and stump grinding).
As from 2006, Trees South Africa specializes in Arboriculture Consulting, the Production and Planting of Large Specimen Trees and the Relocation of Large Trees.
