Retailers, investors, leasing agents and developers are poised to converge on the Cape Town International Convention Centre in October this year to attend the South African retail industry’s premier gathering: the 14th Annual African Congress of Shopping Centres.

Research tracking key performance indicators at SA shopping centres shows that while small local centres enjoy the highest frequency of visits by far, it's regional and super-regional shopping centres that consistently generate the longest dwell times and highest loyalty among shoppers.
