Saint-Gobain Construction Products South Africa completes the acquisition of Technical Finishes

Saint-Gobain Construction Products South Africa (PTY) Ltd (SGCP) has announced the closing of the Technical Finishes SA (PTY) Ltd (TFSA) acquisition. 

This acquisition enables SGCP to diversify its product portfolio and tap into new segments within the construction industry. TFSA’s expertise within the flooring market complements SGCP’s existing product offerings; creating synergies that can be leveraged for growth both in South Africa and beyond in Africa. Thanks to TFSA, SGCP will strive to become the leading supplier of specialist epoxy and polyurethane flooring solutions.
